Instead of opening a blank document and trying to recall your own achievements, you sit through an adaptive mock interview and talk — choosing a specialized interviewer from a roster of 29 and answering by typing or speaking. The interviewer asks the follow-ups a real hiring manager asks — what was the bottleneck before you intervened, why that architectural choice over the alternatives, how much did latency actually improve under peak load — and it keeps the thread of the conversation instead of restarting on each answer. Only after that does the system write. Everything it produces is anchored to sentences you actually spoke, and any claim that cannot be traced back to your own words is rejected and replaced with an explicit placeholder rather than an invented detail. What comes back is a draft you edit, not a finished document to submit unread.
